76. Domestic airline ticket booking in Myanmar

Singaporean residents are used to e-ticket issues and online booking. However, domestic airline booking of Bagan Air is not done by e-tickets.

The following is the process for Design Travel Pte Ticket to buy Bagan Air tickets for Singaporean residents:

1. Full payment is made.
2. We will send you a scan copy of tickets as soon as they are issued.
3. The flight ticket center issue the tickets 5 days prior the flight departure day.

BUYING DOMESTIC AIRLINE TICKETS IN MYANMAR

The following emails give readers some ideas of a Singaporean resident who wants competitive domestic airline quotation and taking up much time such that it is not possible to fix the rate for more than a week as rates keep changing.

The Myanmar tourism infrastructure esp. domestic airline ticket booking is not as developed as in Thailand, Hong Kong, Europe, USA or Singapore. Therefore, readers must know which dates they want to travel, pay in advance and for many good hotels, pay at least 50% of hotel rates when they book.  It is best to buy travel insurance in case of cancellation of travel.

Then I will need to contact the domestic airline to confirm the actual price and let you know.

After receiving payment from you, I will then book the ticket at the price you have accepted and paid for. Pl phone me 9668 6468 to make payment.

No refund on cancellation after payment is made to the airline.

Please buy travel insurance. Sorry for inconvenience. It is quite a long process as nowadays, demand is greater than supply and so the domestic airlines don't hold on to the same pricing when there is no payment.
