Hotels are full in this December peak tourist season and the 4-star hotels are fully booked. I can't confirm which 3-star hotel will be booked as a booking fee of 50% is needed before the hotel will reserve the rooms. As prospects cancel at the last minute (I have two such cases now), I don't book in anticipation of a closed deal since I will have to pay the cancellation fees. Hotels will be booked once full payment is made.
During the US sanctions of the past years, very few 4- or 5-star hotels were built and now, there is a great shortage of such class in Myanmar. 3-star hotels do not have the gym and pool but they are usually decent and clean.

I am David Sing. I can understand your concerns about loss of monies from service providers who don't provide the services.
I am a Singaporean licensed travel agent (www.designtravelpl.com) and a private veterinarian (www.toapayohvets.com) if you wish to know more about me. I did a booking for an expatriate to Myanmar some weeks ago but the couple cancelled the booking leading to me having to pay the cancellation fees for the hotels to my Myanmar agent who trusted me when I asked her to book first.
This is why I want full payment from all prospects. Domestic flight booking system are NOT as sophisticated as Singapore Airlines and other carriers and so there no no e-tickets.
In reply, please specify the dates and times and places you wish me to book the tickets.
