I am David from Design Travel. Thank you for your email. As you have only 4D and 3N, I will recommend you visit Yangon+Inle Lake or Yangon+Bagan to be less stressed out. If you love nature and the village culture, the romantic sunset on the lake and scenery, go to Inle Lake.

If you love history, you should not miss Bagan. Pl let me know which one before I quote.
If you want see Bagan and Inle, it will not be so enjoyable. If you have ever gone on packaged tours to Europe, you will know what I mean but let me know your choice.
