What we need from your agency:
1.     Quotation
               i.    Includes 50pax, twin sharing
              ii.    Seminar on 25th Aug 2012 (includes breakfast; lunch & dinner)
             iii.    Organised local tour (places of interest)
2.     Assist in flight bookings(to also advise flight costs)

FROM ABOVE PROGRAM, please advise on 2 possible tours
1. Yangon and nearby sightseeing like Scotts market, famous areas for city tours, OR Golden Rock for the day on 26 Aug 2012 (Sunday) as local tours 
2. Ensure a hotel seminar room in Yangon for 50 people.
3. MAI flight from Sin to Ygn if possible for 50 people
4. Visas for 50 people
5. Twin sharing
6. 3-4 star hotel good for Singaporeans (good toilet).
7. English speaking tour guide. "

Tour price - 575 SGD / pax ( for Group 1 and Group 2 the same)
Hotel Used
- Sedona Hotel (Deluxe) and Kandawgyi Palace Hotel (Deluxe)
* As it is a big group, they will probably be staying in two or three different hotels with same category.  Conference room is available at four-star range hotel as we suggested above.

Inclusion
  
   -    All hotel accommodation with breakfast.
   -    All transfer and sightseeing with private A/C Car.
   -    Entrance fee & Zone fee
   -    English Speaking Guide.
   -    Lunch & Dinner on 25 August
   -    Seminar in conference room for 2 hours
   -    Government tax and our service charges.

 Exclusion
   -     International Air Fares and International Airport Tax

   -     Personal expenses
   -     Soft drinks and alcoholic drinks
   -     Camera and Video fees
   -     Porter fees
   -     Other services not mention herein

The above tour price doesn't include MAI flight tickets and Visa fee.
For your information, If we issue MAI flight tickets here it will cost about 380 USD / pax for 2 weeks ticket.

If the time is in promotion period, the flight fare would be around 310 USD/pax for 2 weeks ticket.
So, it would be better if you could get flight tickets in your country.
Regarding with visa, it can be obtain on arrival visa for those who are traveling with business passport.

If your group hold business passport they could get on arrival visa with 40 USD/pax for 28 days staying.

If they haven't and need our assistant it will cost 90 USD/pax for any necessary arrangement, including such as guide who is essential in obtaining on arrival visa and for any relating documents.
According to the right of hotels for conference room, we shall have at least 2 hours using that has been included in the tour price.

You can have extra hours and if so there will be extra charges. On the day of Seminar, we have included lunch at hotels and dinner at nice and clean restaurant. If you like to include tea break time, there will have to add 15 USD/pax extra charges to the cost of conference room. We would appreciate if you could let us know how long it is going to take for seminar and whether you will add tea time brake.
Golden Rock trip also not included in the tour price.
We can arrange Golden Rock day return trip on 26 Aug for your group and the additional transportation charges will have to add to the price.
