Please let me know if the following itinerary is OK with you before I get the financial quotations for you. 4-star hotels are not available now as Dec is the peak tourist season and there is a shortage of 4-star hotels built due to the past years when the US sanctions were in place.  3-star hotels are the ones available now and usually they are clean and suitable for tourists. However I will try to get the 4-star hotel for you if possible. The itinerary is as follows:
