QUOTATION WANTED FOR 4 PARENTS+4 CHILDREN + INTERCONNECTING ROOMS BEING PROCESSED
1. 4 adults and 2 children – ideally we would want accommodation which inter-connects (for 2 adults and 2 children) with 2 other adults in a separate room. (They want the two rooms to connect to each other if possible). Each room will have 2 adults and 2 children.
2. 10 and 11 Feb 2013 – 2 nights accommodation in Yangon – Traders Hotel or Park Royal Hotel.
12 Feb – flight (morning) – from Yangon to Bagan
12 and 13 Feb 2013 – 2 nights accommodation in Bagan – Aureum Palace Hotel (one villa [for 2 adults and 2 children] and one deluxe room)
14 Feb – flight - from Bagan to Mandalay
14 and 15 Feb 2013 – 2 nights accommodation in Mandalay – Mandalay Hill Resort (or Sedona if this is not available)
16 Feb 2013 – flight from Mandalay to Yangon
16 Feb 2013 – 1 night accommodation in Yangon - same hotel as 10 and 11 Feb.
3. They like Deluxe/river view rooms if possible.
4. If there will be have 3 rooms, they like 2 of the rooms to connect together because the children are only 3 and 5 years old. So they really need to be able to get into the parents' bedroom]
5. Please let us know the details of the flights and hotel quality.
6. They would like to fly with either Air Bagan or Air Mandalay.
