As domestic airline tickets can get lost during transit from Yangon to Singapore and it costs money to courier the tickets, Design Travel's Myanmar travel agent will hand over the ticket on arrival of Singaporean residents at Yangon airport.
Domestic airline tickets will be issued only 7 days before flight unlike in Singapore. This is the way the system works in Yangon. Pl note that the process of issuing e-tickets does not exist presently for domestic airlines in Yangon and therefore, some of you may need Design Travel or your agent to get the air tickets for you.
An example of one case handled by Design Travel and the process is given below:
Dear Ms H ,
I will make issue your ticket in advance. On your arrival day 13 Oct,AK 850 18:20 pm, my daughter Ms K S will come and meet you at your arrival with your name board "Ms He Q....."and will give you flight ticket.
Would you like to use our car taxi service to go to your hotel?
